WHY INSTITUTIONS CHOOSE RSL
Unlike mass-produced recreational shuttlecocks, every RSL professional tube is engineered for the demands of competitive play. Our feathers are sourced exclusively from mature winter geese — a practice that yields quills with 40% greater structural density than spring-harvested alternatives.
The result? A shuttlecock that maintains its flight arc, speed classification, and structural integrity through dozens of rallies — not just a handful. This is why national federations, Olympic training centers, and elite club facilities across 60+ countries trust RSL as their primary equipment partner.
When you choose RSL, you're not just buying shuttlecocks. You're investing in the consistency your players deserve and the reliability your facility depends on.
THE WINTER FEATHER STANDARD
Every professional-grade RSL shuttlecock starts with a single, perfect feather.
We source exclusively from farms in Heilongjiang and Jilin provinces during the coldest months of winter — December through February. The extreme cold forces geese to grow denser, thicker down, producing flight feathers with exceptional rigidity and uniform curvature
THE RSL INSTITUTIONAL ADVANTAGE
-
Winter-Only Sourcing
We harvest feathers exclusively during peak winter months. The result: 40% denser quills that last longer and fly straighter than any competitor.
-
The Double-Test Policy
Every single tube is tested twice — once during assembly for structural integrity, and once post-production for flight consistency and speed classification accuracy.
-
Global Factory Network
With 20 specialized automated production facilities, we maintain the capacity to fulfill orders of any scale — from a single sample tube to a 10,000-unit tournament contract.
-
Dedicated Wholesale Support
Every institutional partner receives a dedicated account manager, priority fulfillment windows, and access to our exclusive bulk pricing tiers.
UNDERSTANDING SPEED CLASSIFICATION
Every RSL shuttlecock carries a speed number — and getting it right is critical for competitive play.
Speed 77 is engineered for standard indoor conditions: temperatures between 21°C and 28°C at altitudes below 900 meters. This is the most widely used classification in tropical and subtropical tournament halls across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and equatorial Africa.
Speed 78 is calibrated for cooler environments: 16°C to 21°C, or venues at moderate altitude (900–1500m). This classification is standard across most European, East Asian, and North American facilities.
TRUSTED BY 60+ COUNTRIES
From the national training centers of Malaysia and Indonesia to the elite club circuits of Denmark and Japan, RSL shuttlecocks are the backbone of competitive badminton infrastructure worldwide.
Our institutional clients include Olympic training facilities, BWF-sanctioned tournament organizers, national federation equipment programs, university athletic departments, and private elite training academies.
We don't just supply equipment — we provide the consistency that allows coaches to train with confidence, players to compete at their peak, and tournament directors to deliver world-class events without equipment variability.
